Yes, I discount the pricing for ergonomic evaluations when there are 5 or more people that I am assessing in one company. If the workstations are in the exact location, a 20% group discount will be applied. If the workstations are spread between various locations/houses (such as employees who “work from home”) I can offer a 10% group discount.

Each assessment ranges from 30-45 minutes

A full report will be sent within 2-3 weeks of the evaluation.

The ergonomic report will show all of your personal measurements compared to the measurements of your office workstation (i.e., the height of the monitor, desk, reach distance to the keyboard, etc.) It will also include pre and post-assessment photos and recommended equipment that may help create a better workstation set-up.

I am not contracted with insurance companies as a concierge hand therapist. However, I am happy to provide a superbill, which is like a receipt. No, I have not tried everything I recommend. However, I am looking for adjustability and reliability when I recommend an item. I always suggest that a client double-checks the return policy prior to purchasing a piece of equipment.

Some insurance companies require you to have a prescription to receive reimbursement/coverage. You can check with your insurance company as to whether you need a prescription for occupational therapy services. If you will not be going through insurance, then you don’t need a prescription to receive hand therapy as I will be practicing within my licensed scope of practice as an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist.
